About 2 years after getting my first PC, I had my mind made up - Video games, that’s where it’s at. I set it as my goal - One way or another, I will make video games.
Games brought me so much fun when I was a kid, that I aspired to be able to bring that sort of joy to other people as well. And that motivation still keeps me going.
Well, it’s been 15 years. I’ve been modding games for roughly a decade, followed by working in the game industry. I’d say so far so good.

Projects I've worked on

Arrowhead Project Project: Arrowhead’s latest game, which hasn’t quite been announced yet, other than some sparse info, revealing that it’s a third person cooperative shooter.

Role: Lead Gameplay Programmer - Initially started off as a Gameplay programmer in late 2019, and promoted to Lead in early 2021. While I can’t directly reveal what I’ve worked on, the general systems that I have been involved in are Combat, 3Cs, AI, UI and other systems. I’ve dipped just about every finger I can in various parts of the game, and when I ran out of fingers to dip, I started using toes.
Nova Factor Project: Developed as a second year game project during my studies in the Gotland University. The game itself is a 1v1 4D arena shooter - The game consists of 5 rounds, where after every round, you see your previous self play out the actions you took last round. Knowing how it plays out, you can manipulate previous events to get your previous selves to help you out.

Role: Gameplay Programmer and Main Designer - I was one of 2 programmers on this project, and I was responsible for the gameplay setup. I worked on Gunplay, UI, AI and the Timeline mechanic.
Get Meckt Project: This game was made as me and my team’s first year project while studying in Gotland University. The game is a 1v1 Mech Fighting game. The players select a loadout, where they choose a weapon, a support tool and an ability. The players fight it out in an arena, trying to master the controls of their Mechs, as much as it fights back.

Role: Gameplay Programmer and Main Designer - I was the only programmer for this game. My responsible areas for this project were Player Movement, Combat, UI, Animations and just about anything else that’s not Art or Audio related.
Various Mods
I’ve been modding games since roughly 5th grade (2007). I’ve spent most of my days developing numerous mods for Garry’s Mod, which varied anywhere between utility functions, fully functional HUDs and complete game overhauls. Most of my highlights were creating several HUDs from other games such as Halo (1 and 5), Payday 2, Crysis, as well as replicating games such as Halo and Call of Duty down to the guns, player movement and game feel.

Other games I’ve modded involve Payday 2 and XCOM 2. The latest thing I was working on was an XCOM 2 overhaul which had 5 new classes, new buildings and reworked enemy progression.
